## 4. BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

### 4.1 Booking Terms

When you book with ATOS:

- You agree to provide accurate personal and health information

- You confirm you are 18+ years old (or accompanied by adult if 14-17)

- You understand that appointments are subject to availability

- You acknowledge that online bookings may require admin confirmation

- You accept our right to refuse service if contraindications exist

Trial packages:

- Are exclusively for first-time clients (one redemption per person)

- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated

- Are non-refundable once purchased

- Must be used within validity period (typically 6-12 months)

- Cannot be transferred or resold

### 4.2 Payment Terms

Payment obligations:

- Treatments 60 minutes or less: Payment on day of service

- Treatments over 60 minutes: Advance payment may be required

- Packages and memberships: Full or installment payment required

- Trial packages: Prepayment required to secure booking

Payment methods:

- Cash, NETS, credit/debit cards, PayNow, PayLah

- Credit card payments incur merchant fees:

- Visa/Mastercard: 1.5%

Outstanding payments:

### 4.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client-initiated cancellations:

- Cancellations within 24 hours: Full treatment fee charged OR voucher forfeited

- No-shows: Full charge applies

- One-time courtesy: First-time short-notice reschedule may be accommodated (documented)

ATOS-initiated cancellations:

- Rare, but may occur due to therapist illness, facility issues, or emergencies

- You will be notified as early as possible

- Full refund or rebooking with no penalty

- Compensation may be offered for significant inconvenience

### 4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances:

- Service not delivered as booked

- Significant service failure

- At complete discretion of owner/manager

- Trial packages are generally non-refundable once purchased

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

- Client dissatisfaction with results

- Client's change of mind

- Late cancellations or no-shows

- Treatments completed as booked, even if results differ from expectations

- Unused package credits after expiry date

Refund processing:

- Takes 14-30 business days

- Returned to original payment method

- Administrative fees may apply

### 4.5 Package & Membership Terms

Package credits:

- Valid for specified period (typically 6-12 months from purchase)

- Extensions may be granted for medical emergencies (with documentation) at management discretion

- Unused credits expire after validity period with no refund

- May have usage limitations (e.g., frequency restrictions)

- Some packages are non-transferable

Membership:

- Billed monthly or annually

- Minimum commitment periods may apply

- Cancellation requires written notice (typically 30 days)

- Unused benefits do not roll over (unless specified)
