What are the delivery options I can choose from?
Local Delivery
Enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery by our delivery team within 3-5 working days at just SGD$12.00. We offer a complimentary delivery service for purchases of $300 & above.
There will be an additional $2.24 (inclusive of GST) applicable for local registered article.

* Standard Mail Condition applies if mail items in card form or postcards do not exceed 240mm x 162mm with paper quality of at least 230gsm.
+ Printed papers include annual reports, books, catalogues, direct mail, newspapers or periodicals.
International Delivery
We apologize that we do not deliver overseas currently not unless it’s a corporate purchase.

Can I choose to do self-collection instead?
Yes, of course!
For self-collection, you may drop by the following locations to have your items collected.
Do take note that, all products collections are supposed to be arranged with the respective outlet/department.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

| Monday – Friday, before 4pm | Delivery is estimated to be within 2-4 working days |
| Monday – Friday, after 4pm | Delivery is estimated to be within 3-5 working days |
| Saturday and Sunday | Orders will be processed on the next working day. Delivery is estimated to be within 2-4 working days after which. |

Are there any areas that you do not deliver to?
Due to certain restrictions and limitations, we regret that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
- Jurong Island

- Changi Cargo
- Army Camps
- Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
- Turf Club Avenue
- Resorts World at Sentosa
- Singapore Prison Quarters
- Airbase sites
- Shipyards
