1) Existing customers of Atos Wellness & Inner Harmony / or Atos staff are strictly not eligible as 12G/3G invite.
2) Atos guests can use our valued added services or facilities on the day of redemption.
3) Atos Wellness/Inner Harmony customers can invite 1 guest per month only. No repeat guests are allowed.
4) Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are permitted.
5) Guests must complete a consultation form with medical updates before starting treatment.
6) Guests must furnish NRIC No. as it is required under the Massage Establishment Act.
7) Children below 18 years old are not permitted into our spa premises as per regulations under the Massage Establishment Act.
8) Existing customers are not allowed to use the Referral Invite for themselves at other Atos/IH outlets.
9) Atos Referral Invites cannot be accumulated and must be completed only on a monthly basis.
10) All 12G/3G clients will receive a CBC Nutritorial at our centre located @ #03-33 The Adelphi, Coleman Street.
11) The first timer clause is restricted to the Atos Referral Programme only.
